ALL SCRUBS (with an exception of cucumber and aloe) ARE MADE WITH BROWN SUGAR. They are all brown.


Q: Is everything all natural?
A: Yes. Every ingredient are natural products. 


Q: How long do I leave the scrub on?
A: After application, leave on for 8-10 minutes and rinse off with cool water.

Q: Do I scrub the skin or let it sit?

A: This is personal preference and is totally up to you. However, if you scrub, be very gentle with your skin.

Q: What are your top sellers?

A: Aloe, Lemon, Brown Sugar. Read the description under each product to see what’s best for the needs of your skin.

Q: Are the products for sensitive skin?

A: Because all of the ingredients are natural, they are perfect for sensitive skin.

Q: Do you use your own products?
A: Yes. The only products I use on my skin are the ones that I make. 

Q: Are the products for all races?

A: Yes. These products are for all ethnicities.


Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 6pm will be shipped the following business day that they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. If you have not received your order after day 5, please contact us. Please note that if you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be shipped until Monday. Expedited/Overnight shipping orders MUST BE placed before 12 pm in order to be sent out on the same day.
We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Please be sure to put the correct address for shipping.

Return Policy
NO returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if your order is damaged, we will replace the item. *After receiving your order, please let us know right away if you are missing items. After the 1st day you’ve received your order, we WILL NOT replace missing items.*

Cancellations

If there was a problem with your order, please email us : nananaturalss@gmail.com and we will be happy to modify it for you. However, once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.


ALL PICKUP ORDERS 

You have 48 hours to pick up orders! Picking up products late interferes with my other orders. If you miss the deadline you’ll have to reorder, with no refund. Thank you for understanding!!
